Irfanview & worldbridges

If I save an image using Irfanview, it saves as a GIF file. Can I then upload a GIF file onto my worldbridges website?

 I'm having trouble uploading my images, I've probably missed a stage out, but just thought I'd see if anyone can point me in the right direction.

You should be able to upload a screenshot .gif (or any image) to you Worldbridges.info space. I can see that you recently uploaded this file: http://worldbridges.info/sharon/Plants%20heading.gif
(just a reminder to avoid spaces in file names)

If you want it to appear on a web page, you'll need to use Kompozer to edit an html page, save it, and upload that file along with the .gif.
