Can you let me know the URL (website address) of a Powerpoint file you're trying to save? Are you having trouble just saving the file or is opening it difficult as well?

That is a problem with some Slideshare presentations. It appears that you can download the ppt file, but for some reason you cannot. At this point, I don't think there is anything we can do about it :(
