Hi Jeff.

I can't get my mic to work on the laptop. I bought a new one thinking it was the microphone, but it's not. Do you recall changing anything on it when I switched to one of yours, or do you have any ideas what the problem could be.  

If worse comes to worse I can probably record on my desktop, but I spend most of my time away from home at work.

P.S. I can hear fine from the headset, it's just the voice part that won't work.

Audio Issue

I didn't do anything other than try a different mic. I wonder - if you unplug the mic, can you record with the built in mic?

If you like, we can troubleshoot with some live Yugama desktop sharing. I plan to be online Monday from 7pm on (Audra starts webcasting at 8pm)
